Even if its cold right now, iīm in the mood of a "chamoyada" but of coffee, a "chamoyada" consists of crushed ice, covered in lemon juice,"tico" (some sort of hot spicy powder), "chamoy " (basically same as tico but more juicy like consintency) so itīs a spicy stuff, but anyway going to the point......
the one i like is made of coffee!!!
it has crushed ice, then you pour it with coffee (cold of course, like frozen cappuccino, mmhh)tehn top it with a scoop of ice cream and finally just pour on top of that a bit of "cajeta"

i just found it the english mane for this "goat milk caramel"
and also a bit of this "lechera de nestle"

which is milk but in a creamy consistency and very sweet
this treat is so sweet thatīll get you going hyper LOL not really but itīs so good i might get some in the afternoon mmmmmmmmmmhhhhhhh
