Sandy Paws gave me a late Christmas gift (well, actually our very own Jenluckenbach did)

Its a beautiful porcelain collector's plate. The title is "Andrew and Abby" well, since I have an Abby and a fetish for brown tabbies, what could be more perfect?! I am not sure if this is a hint that I need a 4th brown tabby named Andrew, but thats another discussion for another day! :D

Anyhow, its taken me nearly a week to scan it, and I'm sorry its hard to see - the plate reflected a lot of light!

I think its just beautioful and need to get a plate hanger for the wall. I know excatly whee it'll go and I can't wait to hang it!

PS: I even subjected my sweet Abby to a pink bow many times over! :D Thanks so much Jen! I do love it!

What a thoughtful gesture from one of the nicest People on Pet Talk, and really another Tabby would fit in Purrfectly.
What another Cat say Tubby2,Miquelito and Pouncierge.

scanned a plate...? lol.

I'll take any excuse to use my new scanner. Whhhhheeeeeeeeeee!

I wanted to scan in the cats' feet to see how it would turn out but nobody wanted to coperate. I wonder why  :p

feed, feed, feed and feed them more than their usual five-cups meal, maybe that would work! ;)

I've tried scanning my hand.. :o I'm some alien!

Well, I got some interesting results, Harry being the coolest. I think HE'S the alien! Yes, he got plenty of treats for his hard work afterwards!

Abby scratched my hand, Flutter squeaked, and I was afraid Allen would break the glass! I didn't want to stress Pouncer out since he's still sick.

I think I need a new hobby!

oh hehee! how phunn and cute! I can see he's being held, lifted up with a bit of help...? YOU held an alien?!

well, good boy, harry! I hope you got some treats. :D or did you scared your meowmie away? :p

You could do some really cool arty stuff with that scanner.

The plate's very nice too. :)

Actually, he would have stayed there nicely, but the light bar moving under the glass spooked him pretty bad. So on scan #2 meowmie had to hold him still while telling him he'd gets LOTS of treats for his trouble. These models really demand huge pays anymore! :p

LOL.... here's an arty one of Flutter. Rather Piccasso-ish -- two faces in one, and then there's the 4th paw in the image that she doesn't have in real life because she moved just as the scanning bar went across her body.

Yeah, I need a new hobby! :D

Hmmm... I wonder if I showed these to a gallery in New York how much they'd go for? Print them out on poster sized paper, each shedded hair on the scanner glass would be the size of a celery stalk! LOLOLOLOLOL

I must get my scanner out and experiment on Finnigan!

That one of Flutter is quite good. :)
