Skills Needed In Making...

I need a few things made to put on my website.I would like them in certian colors and for them to move/blink.Its just words.So if someone can do it or know a website I can do it myself I would appreciate it.

All I need is "Feline Felix" and "www.felinefelix.piczo.com" And "Felix's PT Pals"

I love the felix's pt pals one you did.If you could shorten the ends I sure could use it.I tried to alter it but then it wouldnt move anymore :confused:
