Pepper's Artistic Side

Pepper is a busy, busy girl. Today she is helping Bobcat work on his latest painting. What would he ever do without her?

See the broken rope hanging off the table leg? That's the work of Pepper and Halo. Bobcat wrapped the legs in rope for them to use as a scratching post. The girls have ripped it to shreds! Better than the furniture.....

I can not believe she isn't swatting at the brush as he paints! That should be a open invatation, "GRAB ME! GRAB ME!"... Maybe to her, she is just spending quality time with Daddy. Whatever it is, I am amazed!

Aww, Pepper is such a big help, I'm sure, giving tips on color, texture, lighting and such! :D I'm sure Bobcat appreciates her help! Hey, nice picture! (I wish I could draw or paint :( )

We have a scratching post like that; it's survived 9 different cats and Jeff has only replaced the sisal once. They love it.

Pepper is a good girl. So far (3 years) she's never stepped on a wet painting or grabbed the brush. Now Kuhio was a different story. She would stick her nose into the paint. When she was tired of that, she'd come upstairs and I'd clean her up. Bobcat can guarantee that every one of his original paintings has at least 1 cat hair in it! :D

Especially as Zerlina loves to swat and bite my knitting needles. Particularly the shiny silver ones. :cool:
