How do you post videos?

Hi! I have a video of Tia being a little devil, and i would love to share it on PT, but how do you upload it? Thanks for any info, much appreciated:D ;)

You can upload it off-site to a site such as http://youtube.com or if you don't want to register on another site, when you make a post scroll down till you see the 'manage attachments' button and you can upload it there! Make sure its in .mov, .mpeg, or .mpg format though! .avi's aren't allowed :(

.avi's aren't allowed :(And that's what my camera (and most others I think) format them in! Sucks ... a lot!
