Signature and avatars

How do you make signature's and avatars? I also have to get people to make my signatures. I'm wondering, if theres is a program that comes with computer, I have and don't know. The only reason I have my avatar is because I use to use it as my buddy icon on aim, and a old friend made me it. Thanks. :p

some computers do but I use photofiltre go to www.photofiltre.com and that is a page to make siggies but for avi's you get an animation shop i have a Jasc Animation Shop.

I have Paint Shop Pro 10, but it's not a cheap program, but you can always try a trial off of http://jasc.com but for avs, you do have to have animation shop :)
