why don't they like red??

My donkey, Jack, is VERY afraid of red. If my dad wheres his red jacket or gloves, Jack wants nothing to do with him. He runs around his pen and bucks. Some bulls don't like red either, anyone know why not??

My baby goat, sabastian, loves red because everytime my dad wears his red gloves he feeds him Sweet 16. (a treat with corn, oats, and molasses) Sabastian jumps on you like a dog when he sees red. lol

Arent they color blind? I think I remeber reading somewhere that horses can see, black, white, and red or something. . but I dont know for sure. I'm not very smart on this stuff, but I'm pretty sure they are colorblind.

but they can see red? and he is a little afraid of orange, which to him prolly looks red.
