Your pleas to meowmie worked.

I was sitting around biting my nails with all the anxiety of waiting for my adoption forms to be filed.

I grew tired of complaining about meowmie's procrastination

I even tried looking oh-so-innocent in the hopes she would get the hint and fill out those adoption papers!

She finally signed the papers and emailed them to the rescue. Its official! I am kitty #5 and my main man Harry is now my brother!

We just knew I wasn't going anywhere, didn't we?

Yup guys, Flutter is now all MINE. Right now she's walking back and forth the computer desk squeaking her little head off for attention (or most likely for food :rolleyes: ) I told my daughter I filled out Flutter's adoption forms, and she asked if dad knew..... and I said "well, he has an idea, and he'll just have to deal with it if he doesn't like it!" :p

LOL... thats going around a lot lately. You better take care of that :D :D

She was named Flutter because when she was itty bitty, she walked with her half leg sticking out and it would flutter like a bird's wing. Now there's no leg, so I was thinking of changing it to something to commemorate her new status as a legless beauty who has a forever home.... but I was vetoed ;)
