Kitties arrive and settle in at the new house

Hi everyone, Mark and I finally made the move to the new house. It was 8 months in the making but we finally closed on the house on December 2. No sooner did we close that we went back to my mom's house, packed up the kids and brought them right up to the house.

and I can not leave out Tucker who came up just last week. We decided to let her stay with my mom for a few extra days as we got things set up. She has settled right in.

PS. Vegas came to the house Monday night. He is staying in the basement until his vet appointment on Saturday. My mom decided to keep Bella so 2 more homeless kitties off the streets. :)

I have the exact same chandelier in my living room, that you have over your dining room table! :D

It certainly is a spacious home,it makes the Found Cat Hotel look like a Sotgun Shack,I hope that you and Your Companions have years of Fun and Love there.

I'm so happy that you finally got to move into your new lovely home Meg! It looks like everyone is settling in very well already. I also couldn't help but notice there aren't as many cows...hope it only means you haven't unpacked them lol! ;) I know Mark isn't thrilled by them...and that's why I added a few extras when we came down with Gracie & Gabe. :D Is this sweet Gracie peeking out from behind the curtain in her yellow room? :confused:

That sure is Little Miss Gracie May Marie Louise. I have to share this quick story. Gracie told Brenda (animal communicator) that she would love to have a yellow room to enjoy, one where it would be nice and bright. So Mark and I picked up 7 or 8 different shades of yellow and painted them on sheetrock and took them to Gracie for her approval. We asked her which color she liked, she came over, looked at each one, steped on this particular color and walked away. So Gracie has her own very special yellow room.

I remember pictures of your previous house which was lovely as well.
I especially loved the wooded grassy area.
Gracie, yellow is a great choice. My cat/computer room is painted yellow as well, it
makes the room look sunny and warm.

Gracie has great taste in shades of yellow! It looks like my bedroom color which is called "warm day"! Maybe Gracie saw the sun shining off the walls when she was here, and recalled how warm & glowing it is. ;) :confused: :eek:

All the other pictures are great too. First of all the curious, just out of the cage "where are we?" looks, then the all settled on the condo one. Of course Abner has to be goofy.....Abner, it's just a wall! ;) :D
