I have some news to share....

Christian is going to be a big brother :) I am 3 months pregnant :) We are soooo excited. This little pumpkin was not planned by us, but better yet, by God :) I did want another baby at some point and this is just perfect timing!!!! Things are going pretty well...I had a few issues early on, but the baby is fine, measuring the right size, I have seen him/her on ultra sound a few times already and we heard a very strong heartbeat for my appointment today on the doppler...it is sooo amazing to hear that sound!! Christian and Rob were there too....and Christian heard the heartbeat as well :) Anyway, I just thought I would tell everyone our very happy news :)

BTW, I am due June 24th :) Summer baby!! :)

Yup, we definately want to find out!! I can't wait!! We found out with Christian too. We may get a 3D ultrasound, a place nearby us does them for like $150, and you can have as many people in the room as you want, and you also get a VHS tape of it...so that would be neat. I am not 100% sure about getting one, though, since we are finding out the sex, I may want to leave what the baby looks like to be a surprise ...we'll see. Friends of ours are getting it done soon, and so I guess we'll see after seeing their pics!

I only have a week and a day to go until I'm induced, but I'm praying we don't even make it that far. I'm petrified of having the baby but at the same time, I just want it done and over with. NOW.

Another possibility is that Thursday is a full moon. My (stillborn) sister was delivered on a full moon, my brother was delivered on a full moon, and I was delivered on a full moon - and we were all early. Not one of us reached our official due dates. OMG, I feel your pain!

I've never heard the raspberry tea thing, but I'm stopping by the store on my way home. I'm feeling the same way you are. I walked more last night and today than I have my entire pregnancy. I will also hope for the full moon, if you don't mind.

My doctor had me get a weight at my last ultrasound and they guesstimate 7lbs 2 oz + or - 1/2 lb! :eek:

At my last sonogram on 11/28, they estimated my little one at approximately 4 1/2 lbs. I'm assuming he'll be between 5 - 5 1/2 by the time he's born. I had my week 38 appointment yesterday and had actually lost 2 lbs. which they said was normal and a sign that I'm not too far off. They declined to tell me exactly what "not too far off" meant though, the ba$tards. ;)

My mother-in-law claims that driving on bumpy roads helped my husband be born, but she didn't quite get it that roads, as well as shock systems in cars have drastically improved since 1978. :rolleyes: ;)
