:( I forgot to add the eggs to my cheesecake!!!!

Does anyone know if it'll be ok??

This really sucks, cause I'm baking it for Rob cause he passed his written Pilots Exam..

Oh no, I hope it will be okay...I really don't know, I guess you'll have to wait and see!

I made a cake not to long ago and it called for 3 eggs, I only had one so thats what I put in it and it turned out tasting normal, not sure about a cheesecake though :(

Just make a really rich and moist topping, then if the cake is a bit dry, it will be hidden by the sauce.

I'm getting ready to make the topping now... Its SOOOOOOOOO thin hehehe I guess the eggs make it fluffy, cause the last one I did was atleast 2 inches thick, not 1cm HAHAHA...

LOL, live and learn! I think eggs are one of the primary ingredients in cheesecake, so I'm not sure how good that's gonna taste. :D Keep us posted! Is your sauce a fruit one? If so add a bunch of real fruit to it to thicken it up...

My mom did something simiular.. she making tuna rice.. and forgot to add the tuna! LOL but it was still good. ;)

all paws and fingers crossed that it still tasts good!

It tasted fine.. the texture was ALL wrong.. it was more goopy then anything & odd looking, hehehe... The topping is, sour cream, sugar & vanila.. I LOVE it :)

I still like them super fluffy. A small sliver was TOO filling when its eggless hehehe
