I know we had this thread before, but i liked looking at it, and to get ideas on to what to cook for dinner simetimes.
And was wondering if we should post on the recipe that we used to "marinate" or what-ever!
I'll start it off with....
Tonight i think we'll have Pollock and Shrimp with rice and broccoli
I will put garlic powder
clubhouse "roasted garlic and peppers"
cayenne pepper
salt & pepper
green onion
lemon juice
Fry it all together! yum ;)

What'll you have?

well itīs very simple, you can have it for meal or dinner, whatever

you "marinate" in lemon, chicken breasts cutted in thin slices for about 5-10 minutes, then just place it on the pan and season it with some lemon pepper, and you have a nice tasting chicken.

very simple and you can eat it with some "tortillas" or by itself

hamburger, basically, the fat to lean meat percentage is i think 15% to 85%. it usually costs more then hamburger, but much less then ground sirloin. ;)

Spray a baking pan and put boneless chicken pieces in single layer. Cover with a layer of your favorite creamy salad dressing (Like Ranch). Sprinkle with parsley flakes and chopped onion. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Or use pork chops. If you like garlic, add a little powder before baking.

While it bakes, boil wide noodles. Drain and mix with butter and cooked vegetable of your choice. I use frozen vegetables such as brocolli or peas for color.

Quick, easy and mmm-mmm good.

Hmm....never thought of cooking with salad dressing, but it does sound good!
And leg of lamb...sounds it'll be good! (an easy marinate!! :D )
Currently i'm going to order pizza. I need to go grocery shopping and have nothing to really make a meal with.
But will pick up some groceries to help and make meatloaf!

I used Sam's Alfredo Sauce (Wal-Mart brand) instead of salad dressing last night. Just as good!
