I had a chance to make some pictures of the basset hounds earlier, and Oscar was actually cooperative. They were enjoying relaxing in the sunshine. Here they are:

LOL I love the last one. The first one is really cute, too.

They are absolutely adorable. I loooove Bassets, my first dog ever was a Basset mix. :)

Wow, I'm in love! Bassets have got to be the cutest dogs out there!
The first dog my family ever got was a Basset. Thanks for sharing. We need to see these boys more often. ;)

Thank you! If they will continue to be that cooperative when I have the camera handy, you may see them more often. They are definitely the sweetest, most laid-back dogs you will ever meet. :)

What great pictures! They are both so adorable. Years ago, I had a basset her name was Maggie. I loved that dog so much. I would love to own a basset again one day they are awesome dogs!! :D

I'm so glad you FINALLY posted some pictures of the big boys.:) I've been thinking about them and I was going to request pictures too, I'm glad someone beat me to it.
We had a basset named Humphery who boarded at my boarding facility over Thanksgiving. I've been thinking about your boys ever since.

They are all wonderful pictures, thanks for posting them.
