Its hard to take a good photo of lit trees and such, but here's the best I could do the other night. I want to re-light the bottom section since Angel managed to break a string of lights, and it seems I have fewer lights down there anyhow. All the hoomans have their own stockings, as well as Nicki, and the girl cats share one stocking, the boy cats share one stocking (I'd be absolutely nuts to give all the cats their own stocking! there's be no room on the mantle for anything! :D )

I have another area decorated now, so I'll try to photograph that tonight too.

PS: Love the lovely litterbox on the lower left? I am thinking of coming up with some sort of Christmas decoration for that too! ;)

Things are looking mighty festive. Here's our work tree. Myself and another girl decorated it. We started about 3:30am and finished at 6. We had two little trees to decorate also.

We haven't got anything down from the attic, yet. I love decorating for Christmas, especially putting lights up outside.

I'll certainly take pictures when we do, though. :)

Christa, your house is GORGEOUS! :)

This is what I have to say to those of you that are fully decorated for Christmas already.

YOU NEED MORE THINGS TO DO WITH YOUR TIME! :D

I managed to FIND my Christmas stuff.....FIND it....this weekend. Maybe I can sort it and display it by 12/20? LOL

Everypne's look so wonderful! We only have this for now, we're going to buy a tree from the "historic farm" I have my 4H at in a few weeks, and all of our lights are broken so we need to go to target and get more. I'm kinda sick of white so I think colored bulb lights will be going up this year. I wanted that silver tinsel fake tree from the hardware store but my parents thought it looked tacky.
(we really need to clean and fix Bob and Bill! (nutcrackers)

LOL.... you mean like chasing after a toddler! LOL No thanks, I'll stick to being obsessive about getting my tree up Thanskgiving weekend!

I grew up where I lived with my grandmom who decorated as soon as she could, and usually she put out everything in the world like Christmas exploded in the house. Then mom remarried and my stepdad REFUSED to have any tree or decorations until Dec 17th. I hated it. So I swore when I got my own home, it would be decorated Thanksgiving weekend. So far, no matter what else has happened thta weekend, I've kept my promise to myself ;)

I do admittedly have a few things I would like to drag out and put up. I didn't get my Lenox nativity up til yesterday, and thats tempting fate because the cats have been sitting on the table with it

Here's Abby modeling my nativity

I really do want to take better photos of my livingroom -- I love all the lights and such :)

I really like your wall color!
sarah, if you have a mac, hold down option and press n and if you have a pc, hold down alt and type 0241. For a capital it is 0209
that makes an ñ, which has sort of a ny sound, so you pronounce his name "neenyo"
