Nugget is a Cast that in another home is called Lucky,so I dont think that he will be a Found Cats.
Why they let an Older Cat roam in thae neighorhood is a question that puzzles me,as there have been Cats run over near me.
I will leave food out for Lucky as hes such a Good Cat!
