Girlfriend's Dogs [Archive]

I met a girl three days ago. She is now my girlfriend. Okay, well, I will go straight to her dogs - her two dogs. One is a almost a year old German Shorthaired Pointer, named Sammy, the most BEAUTIFUL Pointer I have ever seen. And her other dog is a merleish Great Dane, named Titan, who is 9 months. She is planning on leaving his ears flat instead of cropped, and he is the most HANDSOME Great Dane I have ever seen! I'll try to get pictures ;)

Aw, they both sound great. I LOVE pointers to death. I am thinking about getting one someday in the NEAR FUTURE!

I want a Dane badly. The next dog I get will most likely be a rescue Dane. I've also thought about Pointers, but haven't researched into them too much yet. Your girlfriend has good taste in dogs ;) And you should post pics of all the dogs - your three and her two!

Dont worry, I will try to get pictures. I think she has some pictures on PuppyDogWeb... but I am not fully sure, I'll check. I haven't been able to get pictures of Hooch, he is just the most squiggly, wiggly, big dude! And I was lucky to get a couple of my puppy foster(Baybe), and Eli! And I have two fosters, not one ;)

Well... I was on a trail, walking Hooch, Eli, and Baybe, I knelt down petting them and telling them what good dogs they are, because they were not pulling on the leash, and then I noticed we were blocking the way of the trail. A women was waiting with her Great Dane puppy and her German Short-haired Pointer. Next thing you know we were talking together. Then, I asked her to dinner, so we are going on dates now.

I called her and she gave me this website to give you, and she said Sammy is on here when she was a pup, so I believe this is her, Sammy (http://www.idahohuntingdogs.com/SammysApril2005litter/Female5.html)

And she told me she had Titan's on PuppyDogWeb, so I believe this is Titan, actually, I know it's Titan because he looks just like this ;)

Yes, he definately did. I remember him saying the ears are taped because they are going to be cropped.

Are these pictures of Titan as a young puppy? They're from a Dane breeders website. In fact I am 100% positive that this is the EXACT same dog. The markings are the same from a young puppy up until the picture you posted.

If this is your "girlfriends" dog, then how is it that Titan lives with an Irish Wolfhound? I don't believe a word of it. Why wouldn't she know about all of these other pictures posted on a website? Sounds really fishy...

Case closed. I looked at the pictures of Sammy and did a litle looking around the site. I found out that Sammy lives with a man named Ernest Carmona from Texas. Here is the proof (http://www.idahohuntingdogs.com/PuppyPictures.html)...

Weird huh? :confused: One dog lives in Oregon and the other in Texas?!

:rolleyes: whats funny about that is once they get caught they don't come back to there same names and tell you what is going on. they wait about a mouth come back as a differnt name. I really doubt bark-some is gonna say the truth. SO yep its the worse having people lie about their fake pets. :rolleyes: But if hooch is not fake or anything else please come back with some pics, because i don't want to seem rude.

but what also I was thinking that you know how he said hooch is all wiggy sqiggly that kind of thing. well how did he get hooch to sit and more particullary wear sunglasses???? I mean my dogs arn't wiggly and squiggly but they won't let me put sunglasses on them. I mean your dog has to be really trained.........

I'm really confused........I just found that pic of "Hooch" with the sunglasses on the puppydogweb!!! Go to Dogue de Bordeaux Puppies and scroll down to photos of DDB and Hooch will be there. Just above that there is an advertisement for "Hooch" pups........From Missouri, anyway you can clear this up for us bark_some...........If I'm out of line, I'm sorry..........but I'm very confused :confused:

I thought it was pretty apparent that he was lying from the very start.

There's no point in keeping this thread going, I'm sure he wont even both to come back. Most likely he will sign up with another username.
