My parakeet,Star, is acting very scared. When I start dusting around her cage she sqwaks and flaps her wings and goes as far away from it as possible. Petco (I bgot her there) had told me she was neglected. Her previous owners put her in a small cage with no food or water. But they told me she had gotten over it. I used to dust near her cage and she wasn't scared. Why is she scared agian all of a sudden?
