female dogs go into heat about every six months. sometimes right after they have pups they will go into heat for a little bit. my friend's sibes do this sometimes. i hope this helps.

Maybe your trying to ask if a dog can go back into heat and get pregnant after she's recently had puppies, if so.... Yes, bit*hes usually go into heat every 6 months, some sooner, some later.
