David...I am happy you are mobile again...think of all the money you saved not getting a new car, it was just only just a few car payments to fix ole blue. I usually end up financing a car for 5 years and then try to get another 5 out of it.

Today when I picked the car up, I found out that DIDN"T have a blown head gasket after all! There's something called a bleeding tube that helps bleed the system and mine had sprung a leak. It made it look like I'd blown a head gasket but I didn't. I only paid $322.00 to get that fixed (including towing). WHAT A RELIEF!

What wonderful news, David! I have fretted a bit over your car dilemma, having had my own little minor crisis on a much newer car last week.

I'm so glad it wasn't as expensive or serious as you originally thought! :)

Happy Driving!!!! :)

Logan, I'm so glad that I went to an honest mechanic. He could've charged me the entire amount, but he didn't.
