Need Help please!(travel sites)

In your opinion,what is the best travel site to buy tickets from? I'm going to Frankfurt,Germany next summer to visit my best friend for 2 weeks.I'll be in Kelowna,Canada so i'm flying from there. I checked on air canada and the tickets were $1836 :eek:
Which site is one of the better ones? Like travelocity,etc?

First, I'd go to the airline that you use and do a search.
Depending on when you travel, prices change drastically. If you are going to Germany in the summer it will be very pricey.
Try Expedia.com and enter different departure and arrival dates.
Hopefully the dates you want to go are flexible.
Don't buy your ticket too far in advance. I'd start looking 3 or 4 months prior.
