This is Inka talking!

I strongly protest against this DST (daylight savings time)!! This morning, we didn't get our food, because the humans changed all the clocks   THAT is NOT fair!! What about us cats, he? We have our rights too!!

Maya:
I hate to meow this, but I agree with my sister!! Know what they did for lunchtime??? They made us wait an extra hour!! A complete EXTRA hour!! Then they gave us our food, and left....... for the Chinese restaurant!! Yes sure, how about us, hey???

Zazou:
What is wrong with Inka's alarm?? Usually I run to the kitchen as soon as I hear "the" alarm: Inka meowing loudly for food! But that doesn't seem to work today....! Are her batteries law too?? I must make sure that meowmie or pawpie don't forget to get our dinner ready in time, or I might get nasty too.....

I don't blame you one little bit! It's just not fair, is it? just keep up the complaining and maybe you will get your way! Poor little starving babies! ;)

Aww, you poor babies. How very unfair of your hoomans to leave you STARVING in the dark and cold. Poor girls, how will you endure???

Did someone finally come to give you a few scraps? :D ;) If I weren't so far away, I'd rush over and feed you lots of goodies and treats!!

Demand that you get extra for all the inconvenience!! :D ;) :D ;)

Maya and Inka, I can see you are protesting loudly - no wonder, I would too!! And poor little Zazou has no idea what' s going on. In spite of the DST, your mommy shouldn't let you starve for a whole hour. How inconsiderate!

Next year, write her a note that she should give you your well earned food only half an hour late, and then adjust the next half hour the next day. ;)

My mom has only just set the clocks today, so I haven't had any problems - yet. :D

In sympathy,
Fister

Our Dad is old but clever.
We all have food 24/7,and if the food sits for more than 3 days,it goes out to the Porchers,so we always have a nice supply of fresh food.
And the Porchers get a nice blend of Premium eats.
When you arrive you will have a Good Feed, Belgian http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v621/catmandu/Picture951.jpg Friends.
JJJ3 jumps the gun!!!

Message from Peppito:

Hi my belgian friends! I got a better service from my meowmie, she woke up (OK, it took me some time to succeed), gave me food, and went back to bed. After my stomach was full I could sleep again!

We didn't realize it was DST in our house!! Callie cried at the exact same time she always does (well it was an hour earlier) but Meowmie fed us and then went back to sleep as she always does.

Hi there Maya, Inka, and Zazou!
You're right, this DST nonsense is not fair to us cats! All day yesterday Meowmie and Soncat were saying how great it was that they could sleep longer this morning. They don't realize that sleeping longer is for us cats, not hoomins! It's up to them to make sure that our busy schedules are not disrupted for any reason. Boy, just when we think we have them properly trained they go and do something like this!! Did your Meowmie and Pawpie bring you any treats from the restaurant?

Your friend,
Groucho

Pppssssssttttt, me Inka again! Meowmie is to where nature is calling (she always says that before she goes potty  ).

Meowmie did not bring us anything from the restaurant, but this evening she made up for her "mistake": we all got an extra wet-food-treat, "prawns in a jelly sauce"!!! :p :p :p
Hm....., let's hope she learned her lesson :)
OOPS, gotta go, I hear the "potty-flush"!!

Oh you poor, poor babies! HOW could anyone let something THAT TERRIBLE happen to you! Your meowmie must have a conscience, though, because she gave you the "prawns in a jelly sauce" tonight. That means she was feeling GUILTY! We think you'd better not let her off too easy. You need to really get the message across to her that this kind of treatment is unexcusable, and unacceptable! You just keep putting up a lot of fuss for the next three weeks, so she'll keep on giving you the prawns and jelly sauce. She won't forget it again if you really drill it into her head this time! :D

Dear Inka, Maya and Zazou

Maybe you should consider moving to Arizona. We do not have this daylights savings time that you speak of. From the sounds of it I'm happy about it. As you can see I don't like anything that gets in the way of my daily sleeping and eating routine.
