good check-up

I went for my check-up thursday and I did good. Blood pressure was real good, only gained about 4 lbs, cholestrol is good, and I'm controling my diabetes. On Nov. 8th I go in for blood work and on the 15th I go in for a physical. I also received a flu shot. I'm a pretty healthy PTer!

That's great news David! I just went to the Dr Friday and got a clean bill of health also! I always say "well now I'll live another few months till I go back!" :D

David, good to hear you are in such good health. Me? I just go to my shrink most of the time. I guess I just have a sick mind,lol!!!!!!!!
