Tibetan Spaniel Rescued/Adoption?

A magnificent sable-gold male Tibetan Spaniel (3-5 yrs old) was found standing in the traffic near Cleveland, northeast Ohio. He's now in the foster- care of Tibetan Spaniel Rescue (in Ohio). This tib is a very handsome example of the breed & has a very sweet temperament to match. Just loves being with people. Hard not to imagine that someone isn't deperately looking for this lovely dog. His pic is attached.
But Tibetan Spaniel Rescue are still looking for his owner...maybe he came from people travelling thro' the area.
If you hear of anyone trying to find a lost Tibetan Spaniel OR
If you'd like to adopt this fella if his owners are not found...

Frodo's found an excellent home. Hooray!!! His foster-carer's Mom fell in love with him & has happily given him a forever home. Frodo loves to go walking with her & is very good on his leash. He's such a loving, affectionate little dog and he's happy & shows it with his new owner. Thank you, all. This cute little Tibetan Spaniel will now have a wonderful life with a lady who loves him very much.:)
