I finally downloaded Adobe Photoshop to my computer. My brother showed me how to do a few things and now I have made my very first siggy! It isn't very good but it is a start:)

That IS a wonderful start! My suggestion would be to perhaps "fade" the edges into the background a little bit. I don't know what program you use, but in PSP when I make a selection I have the option to "feather" the selection by any number of pixels that I specify, and it will "fade" the edges of the selection so if I pasted it on something else the edges wouldn't be so hard. :)

That probably makes no sense but I'm no good at explaining things :(

Thank you! I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 and there is alot of options to choose from so I think I can use the feather tool. I will ask my brother about that one. I am going to try to make a new siggy everday but I won't use it here it will be just for practice.

Well teh name for it MIGHT be different in PS than in PSP hehe but the feature SHOULD be there. Anyway if you ever need pictures to practice on, feel free to use any at http://aussiestock.zoto.com :)

Nothing to fancy, you don't have to use it if you don't want to. I couldn't find the feather option so I don't know if Photoshop has one. Anyway here is your siggy and my practice siggy:)

Cool! That is a great start! I had been making collages in Picture It for about 2 years when I made my first siggy and I can tell you it wasn't too far off from yours.
