Lately I've been finding I'm always nervous or worrying about something, whether its work or family issues I'm always on edge. My new job has made it especially worse... I always feel nauseous and it makes it really difficult to focus on what I'm doing. Other times its so bad I feel like I'm going to pass out I'm so nervous. It's really starting to interfere with my life now and I don't know what to do about it... I've talked to a few people and they've basically said it's all in my head and it'll go away. Any advice?

:(
Thank you

Dont take this the wrong way but at work we use something called Rescue Remedy at work for the dogs, it can be used by people too, one of the staff at work swears by it. Its all herbal so it safe to use. Maybe seeing if you can see a doctor about it if its getting too much for you to cope on your own? Do you have someone to vent to when things get too much? If you ever need to talk you can PM me
Sorry your feeling that way :(

I'm sorry your feeling like this :( {{hugs}}

I can relate to this, I always get sick when I'm stressed or worried. Just today, I got sick at school because of some upcoming that I'm sooooo worried about :o

I usually just try to take my mind off things, I browse Pt, or read. I try to take deep breaths, that usually helps.

I'm here if you ever need to talk :)

I sometimes do that myself. You just have so many things going on you feel like you can't relax. I hope it gets better for you. Does your drawing help you relax? I know my hobbies help me. Also, if you drink a lot of caffine, you may want to cut back some.

When that happens just try to take a step back and put everything into perspective. I am sure for the things that stress you out, you can think of two things you are happy about. Sounds corny, but maybe it will help.

Thanks for the replies.

Yeah, I really do find my drawing helps... I tend to go into my own little world when I'm doing it and forget about everything else. I'm also starting to find that listening to the music on the radio at works helps a bit. I think I'm going to see my doctor about it though, hopefully he can help.

:) Thanks again.
