Called the vet!

Ebony is awake and doing great! :D The girls at the vets office love her. They said they have never seen a tail thump as hard as hers. Ebony's eye has looked strange for a few days, all the fur around it and underneath it had fallen out. I thought maybe she was stung by a wasp. I told them to have the vet check it out. Her eyelid had turned inside out. :eek: They said that happens from time to time if it hadn't been taken care of she would have gone blind. Her eye has stiches and its swollen. My poor baby. :(

I'm so glad its all over with. THANK YOU all so much for your words of support they mean a lot to me. You all made this a lot easier. You all rock!!! :D

Oh yay, Ebony!!! Of course they love her, she is just the sweetest little girl. I am glad you thought to ask them to check out her eye, too. Are you going to visit her tonight, or are you thinking it may be better to just let her rest. Well, if you do see her tonight, make sure you give her some extra hugs from me for being such a big brave girl. Mmwah, Ebony.

Well I'm glad to hear that she made it through surgery with no problems! Crazy about the eyelid though...never heard of that one before, but I sure am glad you told them to check it out! We wouldn't want our beautiful Ebony having any problems seeing:)
