My Sister's cat has been missing for almost 2 weeks. More than likely, either someone picked it up or a coyote got it.

Here is where I vent:
They plan on adopting another cat and getting this one declawed too!! This just makes me sooo upset. I told her last night she shouldn't get another cat and if she does, she shouldn't get it declawed. But she won't listen to me. She's had all of her cats declawed. The one that is missing is the 2nd cat that got loose! If anymore of her cats get loose, they don't stand a chance of surviving! How would they eat? How would they fight? I love my sister more than life itself but this one thing is really bugging me. I just don't understand why people get their cats declawed.

Thanks for letting me vent.

You are 100% Correct.
If you De Claw, they stay indoors, where they are safe.
Outdoors they cannot fight,or even climb.
Your Sister should not be allowed to have Cats,if she is not going to be a Proper Guardian.

I would be upset, too. You'd think they've learnt from the past, but obviously they didn't. :(

I will never understand why people have to declaw their cats. I'm glad that declawing is illegal in my country.
