Someone please help!!!

Okay, this may be a dumb question but I don't know what is going on so please respond if you do. I looked at Guapo's teeth today and the top front teeth and the bottom front teeth all look they have another little tooth growing behind them, so it is kind of like he has "double teeth". I didn't know if this is how dogs teeth grow in or if they are supposed to fall out before a new one grows in. I am kind of freaking out so please tell me if this is normal. Thanks in advance for any help

I can't remember how old your dog is, but I'm assuming he's a puppy. In which case, it's perfectly normal. Puppies loose their baby teeth between 5-8 months usually, sometimes a little earlier, sometimes a little later. The puppy tooth will fall out, likely in a few days. If it doesn't, you might want to get your vet to give it a little tug, but it's nothing to worry about.
