As many of you know, we're battling Cockroaches.

Well this morning 1 managed to scare me. It was Albino, which made it super creepy. I finally found sticky paper for roaches today & layed 6 of the out. Nothing. Well I knew the roaches would be out & I wanted to see if the paper works. I too a sheet, found a roach on the floor & scared it onto the paper & he became stuck. Then I found a 2ed roach & now hes stuck too. They are both doing a little dance trying to get free. Now the 2ed on I caught was almost albino, he was a very pail brown.

These guys just keep getting creepier

I wish ours lived outside.
I learned that we live in something called the Projects. Not sure what that means, but I don't think its good.

Where I used to live was infested. One morning I got out of the shower and started to towle dry my hair, looked in the mirror and had a HUGE cockroach dangling in my hair.

YUCK! I grew up in "projects" (well, til I was 4 or 5). Roaches everywhere. Rats in one house we had

To this day, mom FREAKS whenever she sees ANY bug. She has so many bad nightmares about the roaches. She said they'd fumigate every few months, where she'd have to leave the house for 2 days (this was back in the 70s) and when we'd return, there'd be a pile of roach bodies wall to wall. She said it looked like a roach carpet. Thank goodness I have no memory of it... it makes me itchy and crepy feeling just thinking about it!

Knock on wood, no roaches here.

Thats terrible, your poor mother.

So far the Roachs don't really bother us. I just hate the ones staring at me beside the microwave & being albino really freaked me out.

We don't have any here. At my old house we had ALOT! My mom highly dislikes roaches. It was really weird because one time she was asleep and then she suddenly woke up and said "There's a roach in the bathroom," So then my dad went to go check and sure enough there was a roach in the bathroom. I guess she has a sixth sense for roaches. ;) I don't like them either
