Transport question

I was wondering How i would go about getting some transports for a dog in New Orleans to Foster I live in Mass. and i could drive around 200 or 300 miles but i can't do the whole thing so i was wondering if anybody had any INFO. on this type of thing.

I've tried to Register there but for some reason it won'y let me :( :(
