One year ago today I brought my little tortie fireball home!
About one week earlier her 4 siblings had been ravaged by my friends dog and lil K-Lo was the only survivor. She was such a peanut when I brought her home, full of fleas with a touch of an URI.
Kylie didn't like her from the get go and sadly still doesn't like her. Keegan as pretty much adored her from the beginning. Keegan is the go between b/n the 2 cats. :p
She is very fiesty of course. She wants petted on her terms and when she is done she bites to tell you she's had enough. She likes to dart out doors and she regularly gets chased outside. :rolleyes: Recently she has taken to giving me headbumpies when she wants petted until she's had enough then she bites. She does allow me to carry her like a baby and she sprawls out over my arms for belly rubs. I occasionally will wake up to find her asleep up by my head. She hates to have her nails clipped at all costs. She loves to chase bugs and actually fetches her little green fuzz ball and loves to play with her rabbit's foot. She seems to like 'strangers' better then me. But I feed her! ;)
Here are some pics to celebrate the occasion. She also got to share some wet food with her sister and got a Gerber Graduates meat stick..
