I'm looking for someone who can either make these (to sell to me) or someone who can give me a site on who to make them...

something liek http://www.axxent.ca/~crasher/fluffy.jpg
I've seen ones like that, only they have 4 pieces of "rope?" not 3...and they'relike...looped together and make a square braided thing..not just the regular braid...

That prob makes no sense, butI can't find a pic..

I know exactly what you are talking about. I can't explain it...but its like that. I make them all the time....:) LOL...its like a fleece material and its put together in a complicated way, you can get used to it once you do it for a while...

LOL, thats a real long shot! :p All of them that I have made, have been used as toys for Lexi and a couple for Kaeko, I could make a mini one out of just braided thread rope and show you? Or out of green rope and yellow so you can see how it is done and such...

Here are a couple of sites that have various styles of tug toys for sale.

Crash test toys (http://www.axxent.ca/~crasher/) - They're a Canadian based company and have many different styles of tug toys both with real fur and fun fur. I got some for the Goonies (mainly the little boys) and they just love them.

Clean run (http://www.cleanrun.com/category.cfm?Category=184&CFID=2314095&CFTOKEN=62427750) -A company from the states that sells stuff for dog sports.

They're also fairly easy to make or at least so I've been told. Most of the tugs used in agility or flyball are made of fun fur or fleece which can be purchased at your local fabric store. You just have to take some strips of the fabric and braid them together.
