Last May, I fell and broke my leg in three places. I was in the hospital for one week and a care center (nursing home) for three months.
It is good to be back!

My bones were weak (ostioprosis). I was falling a lot too and once I lost my balence and fell when I was just walking in my apartment. I knew that I broke a bone as soon as I hit the floor.
But I thought it was only one bone not 3 of them. One of the bones was in my ankle and two were in my shin bone (tibia).
I worried about my cats, but Felicia and Beau got along fine.

Nancy I am so glad you are back:) Please make sure someone tells us where you are! I tried to send you an e-mail and would have loved to send you a card or something. Sara (Edwina's Secretary) and I were talking about how we missed you:)

It may sound unrealistic but a very soft weight training might help with your osteoporosis. The bones grow again if they are trained against a very low weight.

I wish you all the best and I am happy to hear Felicia and Beau are fine. I told Filou and Tigris your story and they were very happy too.
