I don't think Paul liked my flash!
Here you are, I finally downloaded my pictures of my trip to the Boston area to visit family.
It was just wonderful finally being able to meet Karen and Paul. They were kind enough to drive down from their home to Hingham, Mass where my family now lives.
I was very quick to tell them that it is entirely their fault that I now have this annual BBQ in my backyard and have the fire department and my Korean neighbors in an uproar!
I complained that it would have been wonderful if they could have been here too. Shhhh, word has it, that if I hold another in 2006 - they just might attend. WHOOOPPEEEE!
They were so generous in bringing gifts and even included some wonderful animal stickers for my two nieces.
We had a great time over a long dinner (we closed the restaurant) and I got to ask them all of the questions that I have been saving.
And if any of you think it is easy running Petoftheday.com - think again!!! I gather that they have just given up on having a private life and getting some sleep.
They were also very helpful with great advice for my sis in law on the care and feeding and home environment for bunnies. My niece has been promised a new bunny by Thanksgiving to live in their new home.
The time went by way too fast and it was time to say goodbye.
I just cannot believe that I have actually met them now - and they are just as you would imagine - FAMILY!!
Karen and Paul - this was a must do for me - and certainly a highlight of my trip. THANK YOU for everything!
