Awww. Thank you so much everyone! Popcorn and Muffin are thrilled to know how many people miss them. Lut and Karen, feel free to use any of the pics as your desktop background! The tiels do love cukes. I thought that was funny too, but it seems they love any green veggie. Of course my tiels are the most spoiled birdies in the world, but that's a good thing, right? ;) They are just so precious, and such a joy in my life. September 4th was their 6 year anniversary with us. What a wonderful 6 years they've been. The tiels are amongst the greatest blessings God has ever put in my life. I love my little snugglebirdies. :D

Awwwwww I love your tiels! Tiels are one of my favorite birds and I'd love to get one someday, but I have cats who are psycopaths :p :D

Many cockatiels very easily live well into their 20s, and some have even been known to live past 30. Most parrots have pretty long average lifespans. :)

Most of those beads are VERY hard, and they wouldn't be able to break them, BUT...the red one they LOVE is breakable, and they do break it...never trying to eat it...just breaking it. Its not safe to let them play with that alone, but I ONLY give it to them under supervision. They like to destroy things (lol), so to prevent them from destroying stuff they shouldn't get their little beaks on, I let them get their happiness by destroying beads like that, while I make sure they don't eat anything. They're not allowed to play with that when no one's constantly watching them.
