OK...in the August 27th there was a dog show for groups 3, 9, and 10 (FCI)...and I got to show a cairn terrier called Tomas...HeĀ“s 8 months old, and he was best terrier puppy, and second best puppy dog in show!!!!! I was so happy about him - we did really well on show, he behaved really well :) Owner was really glad as well :)
So here are some photos, that I found in some icelandic site (thatĀ“s why it has that PIXLAR text on it)....

Very cool, I always thought it would be neat to show dogs, how long have you been doing it?

Well, here in Iceland IĀ“ve shown in only two shows, first was in june 2005, and second now in August...then there will be one show again in october!

IĀ“ve been practising and going to handler school quite long time although, IĀ“ve started doing that in Latvia for some half year or so, then when I moved to Iceland I looked up some doggy people, if they didnt need anybody to show their dogs, that way I got to know Gordon setter breeeder, that gave me a gordon for Junior Handlers here :)

I know actually itĀ“s not a lot..The most experience I got inLatvia handling school, and also here in handling excercises :)

Gorgeous Cairn!!! You did a very nice job handling him! It's so odd, though. There are quite a few noticeable differences between American and Icelandic Cairns. Its very intriguing to study the differences between different countries and the different types they produce. :D Can you tell I love dog shows yet? Congrats on all your wins as well! That's very impressive!

Dogshow I dont think you have been seen me...cause IĀ“m located in ICELAND :D

Thanx for nice comments :)

Giselle - actually itĀ“s not really an icelandic Cairn, cause it was imported from GB, so I guess itĀ“s more brittish cairn terrier thanc icelandic :) lol
