Carla, Peanut was....what else? A rescue! We've had her (all of 4 and a half pounds) for years now. She came from an alcoholic guy who lived in a rooming house where he wasn't even allowed to have her. She was around six years old then (think she's about 12-13 now) unspayed, unvaccinated, and ~stunk~ something fierce of urine and not dog :( Her fur was burned off from the ammonia, and it took multiple baths to rid her of the stench. She's a sweet little girl who finally feels secure. :)
