Well, the good news from the vet is that Levi has no UTI. We've moved on to some of the more obvious behavioral remedies including purchasing a few new litter boxes and selecting some different locations for those (I hear that having litter boxes on different levels in the home can be helpful). We'll also keep the other two kitty beds that seemed to attract his interest away from all the cats for at least a month so Levi will be sure to break the association he has that peeing in them is okay! We did buy Nature's Miracle and use it as a pre-wash before laundering the beds, so we'll tuck those nice and clean beds aside for now. Our vet did have to aspirate his bladder for a urine sample but they said he was so good -- didn't make any "crazy cat sounds" (their words, lol) and just kind of waited for it to be over. He's such a mellow boy, I just adore him and I'm very glad he's home!

Hopefully we'll find a fairly simple solution to this and help Levi get his good habits back on track.

Thanks again!

Wonderful news that There's no medical cause for Levi's problem. Here's hoping the new boxes and hidden beds do the trick!
