I read in a book once that when a cat lays on its back it's showing how much it trusts and loves you because that is the most vernable area when they are in the wild. That's the area preditors go for. See how much you are loved? :D

Well, Fister almost took my breath away... he is GORGEOUS!!!!

I just love when I see a cat sleeping that way, it makes me really happy, even if I´m having the worst of days, if I see Sirocco sleeping so soundly, showing such an amount of peacefulness, in that trusting manner, it makes me immediately warm inside... it´s great and I guess Fister is number one in that!! :D

AHHHHHHHH Fister's belly looks so soft, I could just dive right in. Please give him a belly rub for me please :rolleyes: . Tinky's belly is still bald from being spayed, it looks so funny :eek: .

Spencer the Lion! When he first started coming up to our flat, he would not let us touch him, but now he asks for it! :D I bet yours will find out one day, how nice it is! ;)

Oh Randi, my Rascal looks so much like Fister. So looking at your beautiful pictures was like looking at my own kitty. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night because I was too warm. The reason was all curled up next to me looking so adorable.

I like to lightly trace his markings with my fingers and tell him how beautiful he is. He seems to love hearing it.

Fister is beautiful and please rub his tummy for me......

I agree, there is nothing like watching a sleeping kitty. Just seeing how peaceful he is gives you such a peaceful feeling yourself.

Oh, what an absolutely beautiful cat! There is something with me and orange kitties. I can't get enough of them...my little Callie girl looks just like that!!
