View Full Version : Need help drawing!...What do you think?

We have to make a painting for school, and I decided to make roses. We have to make the drawing before painting, and It's being really hard for me to do it....I discovered that I don't know how to draw!

This is what I did:

So... what do you think?? I'm quite happy with what I've done, but perhaps you can give me some advice....

Are you kidding me? That is very nice. You definately know how to draw. If I had to do that there would be stick people. I can't even draw a straight line. :p

I really the picture I think it will make a lovely painting. :)

Niether can I! That drawing is very pretty! Make sure you show us the finished painting!!!

Looking good! You would see a huge difference if you used different line weights and line thicknesses! Everything is the same thickness and all is the same depth of black. But as an underdrawing -- PERFECT!

its really good. I love doing roses, but never did one that good.
yes let us see the finished product. Are you taking classes?
I would like to take drawiing classes.keep it up, your doing great.
