Oh my, Calvin! Your new summer 'do makes you look extra handsome and I bet you're a lot more comfortable with the heat. You really are one cool cat.....

Calvin looks like Sky used to when I first adopted him. I bet he feels much cooler now.:)

Hey Calvin! Don't worry your fur will grow back soon. This is how I looked when my meowmie first adopted him. Now I'm a very fluffy boy.;)

Actually, he is mad at ME for putting him in a carrier!!! H Calvin LOVES being shaved. And I love the way his fur feels when it is so short.

He slept with us last night, so I guess I am forgiven. ;)

LOL!!! I love it when the kitties get shaved! That is so cute!

I'm with you Jen, I love the way they feel when their fur is so short and you can feel the warmth of their skin. It's so snuggly!!:D

Calvin, I think it's a bit short for your taste. ;) But it will grow back - and it must be wonderful to have it short in that heat. .)

Calvin looks so cool :cool: in more ways than one! Jen did you do it yourself? Robyn gave Dandy a summer hairdo but she has yet to post pictures. :rolleyes: She tolerates the whole procedure well, including baths! How about Calvin? I shudder to think of trying anything like that with Trevor and Andy! Fortunately they have short hair! :p

Oh Calvin, how cute you look with your new 'do. You must feel so much better after your shave.

When we use to shave our RB C-Fer, I thought his fur felt like velvet when I petted him.

I will be 100% honest.

1) YES, I did it myself
2) NO, no bath
3) I use a muzzle because Calvin hates to be held and one MUST hold a cat during grooming.

but
4) He really DOES love how he feels after it is done. Last year (which was the first time I did it) he became like a velcro cat after the grooming. I thought I brought the wrong cat home. :o
