i have jasc paint shop pro 9 and have been exploring the tools but how do you add a picture onto another picture ? and how do you add a backround ect....

I was wondering the same thing because I have that but Jasc Paint Pro Shop 6 and I'm not sure if I can make some avatars on this but I'm not sure I'm experiencing stuff so it is kinda hard
