:) Ragdolls are a breed & they have long hair & big fluffy tails & are just adorable. Pull up the web site on the internet & can read more about them. Hope this helps.

I THINK,THAT RAGDOLLS,ARE A OFF SHOOT,OF THE PERSIAN CAT,LONG HAIRED,AND GENTLE.
A PUR BRED RAGDOLL,WILL NOT PUT,UP A FIGHT,IF YOU PICK THEM UP.AND CAN OFTEN,SADLY BE MAULED,TO DEATH,BY CHILDREN,BECAUSE,THEY HAVE NO DEFENSIVE CAPABILITY!!

Star is half ragdoll. She is a very laid back cat and tolerates everything. She's an indoor cat because I worry for her safety.

Ragdolls are amazingly sweet, laid back kitties. I'd adore having one. :)

Uabassoon's kitty Tibby looks a lot like a ragdoll, but that's about as much as I know:

My tabby won't fight either but she will go hide if she can get away. She is so sweet and I worry if she would put up a fight if outdoors and had another cat to attack her.

I'm pretty sure my rescue kitty, Iris, is at least a Ragdoll mix.
