Need help with a picture

Would anyone be able to help me? I need to cut the guy and his axe out of the background and also remove the words. It's for work. I'm not good with computer stuff and don't have any good photo editing programs.

Also, is there any way to make it a little bigger? I need it to fit nicely on a slide

you could ask for the original picture from the copyfright holder perhaps?
