I sure hope you DONT stop doing it, because it can be very valuable to other's to hear of past experiences, that is how we all learn from what other's have been through etc, so please keep DOING it, I think every single one of us is guilty of this, but IMO it is a good thing,nothing to be ashamed of.:)
