getting ready for Sirrahsim and Tyler's vist...

This could be General or Kitty related but I decide to put it here! Ya'll know that daughter Missy and our new grandson Tyler will be coming to live with us while her Paul is deployed. She first worried about Boomer and the baby - but he was GREAT -now there will be FIVE kitties - but she says she is not worried. Dennis has never seen Tyler and is getting really excited about having them here and spent all of yesterday fixing up our guestroom (we still have the room Missy had when she was growing up - but that is close to our bedroom and is also where Misha stays when she is here - so this other room is very private and I think she will prefer it.

Anyway - he had already painted the walls a soft sage green and I put out this bedding that I like. Dennis cleared out the room of all storage and emptied the dresser drawers. We also bought a portable "travel yard" to use for Tyler. I love how everything is now looking!! He put some "girlie" things too - like two new lamps, a few pictures and a n
basket of silk flowers.

Lizzie has taken a real liking to granddaughter Misha and always stay near. The others pretty much ignore her so I think the kitties will act about the same with a new baby in the house...curious at first and then stay away and watch from a distance:D

I am so glad that you have such good inspectors, Debbie. How horrible it would be if every inch of that beautiful room were not checked out completely by the 5 inspectors you have on staff in your home!!!! :) As bad as it is that Missy's husband is having to be gone, I know you and Dennis will love having Tyler and Missy in your home. :)

Hmmm...seems that baby crib has already been tested and approved. :D

I'm so glad Missy and Tyler will be able to stay with you while Paul is deployed. I know you and Dennis will just adore having your new grandson around 24/7, especially since he's been so far away up 'til now, not to mention the joy of having your baby near at hand again.
