I don't know if any of you remember me talking about my shoemaker's cat. The one that had 5 babies and they all died within a week when they were 3 weeks old. the vet figured it was cat distemper.

Well, while he is on vacation, I agreed to cat sit her for him, as she is a shop cat. I just couldn't bear the thought of her being in the shop for two weeks with just someone coming in to feed her once a day. She would have been so lonely. She is such a love bug. She goes back August the 1st.

She's not a lap kitty, but oh does she ever enjoy her lovings.

Very pretty and sweet looking! How nice of you to care for her while her owner is on vacation! Yes, I do remember that sad story of her babies.

What a sweet looking girl. So glad you're keeping her company while her purrent is away. Poor thing would have been very lonely.
