YAY!

My baby is back! :D She made it through the night and kept her food down! :D GOOD JOB LEXI! I can't believe my little girl is alive and boucing off the walls already! Its hard to believe, that Lexi almost died that day, I came so close to losing her, that I appreciate everything I have, and everything she gives me!

You would never believe how happy and ecstatic I am about this!

Thank you everybody for your prayers and well wishes! :) And to the vets who fought so hard to save my little girl's life! I pray that this never happens to any of your pups, but it hurts me so hard to believe it! Its reality! My girl is a fighter, shes a survivor!

THANK YOU, THANK YOU EVERYBODY!

In case you don't follow, here (http://www.petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=84374) is the original thread.

Of course we would! :) I'm so very glad that your girl made it through with flying colors. Those little dogs can be so amazingly tough!

Here are some pictures when we got home. I had to take her into the bathroom, so she would hold still. :p

Her pink IV bandage. There was a really cute one earlier that was blue with a little heart! :)

WELCOME BACK LEXI!!!! Aww, we're all so happy you made it through!!! Don't mind being temporarily bald. Giselle has a permanent bald hiney, but we don't fret about it. :o Nakie is better! ;)

Glad to hear she is back and doing fine. I was so scared when I read that post. Its hard to think of that happening to little Lexi. There's no way to keep a jrt calm during recovery is there?!

I am so sorry, I just saw Lexi's posts. I'm sorry I couldn't send any good wishes sooner but it seems as PT sure did its job without me. Yaay for PT prayers!

I am so relieved to hear that she's doing so well. Bloat would of been my last guess with such a small breed. Lexi & you are certainly lucky that it was caught & treated.

I hope she continues to do great!
