Finn's all better! Celebration pictures!

Finn and I went to the lake today! Finally, said Finn! ;) He's not been allowed to play in the water since he got neutered, so, this was his first swim since the surgery. We had a lot of fun, but, I took way too many photos and could not decide which ones to post. I know I'm posting too many pictures, and, I apologize! I deleted more than I posted, if that tells you how easy he is to photograph. Or maybe just how obsessed I am with taking his picture. Probably both. It was so sweet, though, he usually doesn't just hang out in the water, I have to be throwing his ball. But, today, he was just playing by himself, it was cute. I think it just felt good for him to be back where he belongs!

Oh, man, that's ridiculous. I may try to delete some of them even from my posts.....I just can't decide which ones. Lol! It's like a movie when you look at the pictures from one to the other quickly with the leaping one. Your dog is adorable! These pictures are so cute. :) Thanks for sharing. My dog is a nut, he won't even touch water with his nail. You're lucky to have a water-lovin pal.

I have gotten in the water with him, up to my thighs before, but, I don't really like swimming in lakes. It just sortof grosses me out. And, we've not really had access to swimming pools that often. I'd like to, though. He's been in the water with people before, though, and, it's not always good. He tries to retrieve them. ;) I'd have to wear a life jacket, for sure.

Thank you! It's all him. I could have the crappiest camera in the world and some of his shots would still look calendar quality. I'd love to put out a calendar with my favorite shots of him. He's such a goof, and, so expressive! The many faces of a labrador retriever. ;)

Aw, geez, guys! Y'all are making Finn and I blush. ;) He is truly a water dog, it's like he read the book on labradors and decided he must follow every rule. :D Right now, it's late and he wants to play. But, he's not in the mood to play quietly, and, my mother is already asleep in the next room. I had to hide his red ball. He's bummed. :( But, sixty pounds of lab leaping around in a quiet condo on the second floor is a lot louder than is appropriate for midnight. :) I'm going to let him sleep in the bed with me tonight to make up for not letting him play. Ha, like it's just a treat for him, I probably miss it more than he does. ;) Night, everyone!
