Getting Doogie to be a lap cat has been fairly easy because of Whiskas Temptations. He loves them! I feed him a few and he just purrs like crazy. Sometimes I'm lucky and he'll take a nap in my lap. Otherwise, he'll stay about 10 minutes or so and then jump down. Here's a couple of pics showing how happy he is.

This is my favorite. Just look at that smile.

I went to a seafood restaurant tonight and sat right by the window. They had a deck built by the lake and this cutie is one of their residents. Poor thing is only about 9 months old and has already had litter of kittens. I'm going to try and get them to pay the small fee to get her spayed. I told the waitress that I'd take her to the SPCA to do it. There's also another cat besides the ones in this pic that is feral. I would like to get that one done, too but don't know how to catch it plus don't know if the restaurant would let me get that involved.

I don't know if this is one of her kittens or not.

And this is what I got to see for the rest of my dinner. She was so sweet. I petted her a little bit.

If I do take her to the SPCA to get her spayed, would I have to keep her at my house for any time? I could keep her on the patio. I just don't want her getting hurt right after it's done.
